After successfully completing A-Level, some students find it difficult to establish the next course of action to aid them to their career aspirations. The most porpular option for majority is to upgrade one's level of education, but choosing a tertiary institution is normally not a piece of cake for majority. Secondly, choose the institution of higher education from where you want to study the course that you have selected. The most critical thing before you apply to any institution of higher education in Uganda is it’s accreditation status by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) of Uganda. The next step is to look at affordability. Will you or your parents or sponsors afford to pay the tuition and functional fees? What about your cost of living? Determine the cost of tuition functional fees per semester and correlate it to your sponsors’ wallets. Make consultations to ascertain whether teaching is good at the instition of your choice.
