On Thursday, 7th March, 2024, the Minister of Education and Sports, Hon. Janet Kataaha Museveni, released the 2023 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) results at State House in Nakasero, Kampala.
Speaking at the release of results, the Executive Director, Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB), Highlighted that 99.1% qualified for the award of UACE. 90.7% of the learners qualified for admission to other tertiary institutions of learning whereas 73.7% qualified for admission to degree programmes as they were able to score the required minimum of two principal passes.
At Nyabikoni Secondary School, two learners, Ambasize Elivis and Amutuheire Immaculate, were able to score 19 points out of the maximum of 20. The table below gives the scores of the best 25 learners at the school.
